Hello, I’m Rob. Four and a half years ago, I transitioned from a successful 15-year career in retail sales leadership to pursue my passion for IT and cybersecurity. My time in the wireless industry sparked a lasting interest in technology and motivated me to take on a new challenge in a field that genuinely excites me.
Through dedication and continuous growth, I was promoted from Technical Support Agent to National IT Service Desk Supervisor in just two years. In this role, I lead a team of 16 Technical Support Agents, combining leadership experience and technical knowledge to support the team and improve service delivery.
To further build my expertise, I’ve earned eight IT and cybersecurity certifications, including the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, and CompTIA certifications (Network+, Security+, and CySA+). I continue to sharpen my skills through platforms like TryHackMe, Hack The Box, and PicoCTF, as well as through hands-on work in my home lab.
I’m also actively engaged in the IT and cybersecurity community, attending conferences and meetups to learn, connect, and stay current in the field.
I hold a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management) from Western Governors University.
